Vendor Application

How To Apply

  1. Complete the online application form.

  2. After your application is received we will review it to see if your business/product is a match for our event.

  3. Once a decision has been made you will receive an email notifying you if we are able to offer you vendor space at the event.

  4. We do not guarantee exclusivity to any vendor but we do work hard to curate and limit the amount of any one type of product. Due to the jury and selection process we may not be able to offer space to all applications.

  5. You may apply to as many events as you like on one application. If accepted an invoice for each event will be sent to you from our beneficiary, Not By Luck Ranch.

  6. Vendors will also be required to read and sign a rules of participation before final confirmation of participation is made.

  7. Vendor understands that once space fees are paid to Not By Luck Ranch their vendor fee is considered a donation to the non-profit organization and is no longer refundable.

  8. Please note that submission of the online application is not a guarantee of space.

  9. All applicants must submit three photos of the products to be sold and one of the overall booth.

  10. Application is not complete until rules of participation has been signed and received and all booth fees have been paid, then a final confirmation will be sent by email with event day details and instructions.
